a little injury these past few days....my left upper quad is hurting a little bit..and I know its because of "balance" and by that I mean, I have been running too much and not balancing it with my Yoga practice.
I know, I know, shame on me. But you would think after 29 years of running and being a Yogini I would know better. I just got caught up in my Marathon training.
I love Yin Yoga and I love Ashtanga and I also love Bikram.....my truest love is running. But I know I need them all in order to keep balanced.
So tomorrow I will do just that.... Balance it all out equally!
