241 East Main St...AKA My new office space!

Here is my new office space! This is the actual building...

and this is the little sitting area out front....
It looks like you will have to wait for more photos until tomorrow as "Blogger" isn't playing nice today...can't upload the other shots :0(
I will try tomorrow.
I had one Healing session this morning here, and she re-booked for a second session! I also did my husbands second session of his Reconnection here...amazing!!! He had quite the experience! Then I had a "house call" for a second healing session as well!
Really wonderful day today~ So extremely magical and special!

Baby is it ever COLD outside!!!

The day today, looks just like this photo..except I ain't in India!!! :0(
Woah, it is just absolutely freezing!! Hugely eventful day today...won't go into details..but I kept moving. Just finished up a 6 miler...was only going to run 5, but felt like I was flying~so I kept going.
Looks like I am going to LA in October again~
My very dear friend is taking "The Reconnection Level l/ll " and doesn't want to go alone..so she has graciously treated me to a full expense paid trip along with the seminar! Isn't that amazing?!
I am going to "retake" level l/ll...oh am I going to be a smarty pants~!~
I look at it like this...
You know how you read a book and it is just so good that you read it again? And, the second time you read that book you pick up more than you did the first time around?
Well, that is what I am hoping to gain from this experience~ Plus, I will get to see Adam again~ He taught my Level lll in Encinitas, and what a cool guy he is!!
Happy Friday Peeps!
OM Shanti~

Things happen in Three's!

It is so true. SO true! It always is the case...many of you reading this already know that...things happen in Three's!
There are so many examples..too many to list...but it has been since the beginning of time, that it is the way life works...
Yesterday I got Two phone calls from Two people who each want to schedule an appointment for Healings...but one of those phone calls was a woman who wanted to schedule her second Healing appointment..as well as one for her friend who is coming to town from Colorado..Three!
Its a wonderful thing the way things happen~

I'm not quite sure I am ready for this...as I just became one last year on January 16th..my husbands 40th birthday.
But we are going to be Grandparents again..in December...and this time it is a Boy!
See the tall guy on the left...that's my oldest son, he's 23 now...I know, he is SO young. But he LOVES his little girl and now they are having a boy.
GiGi and Papa...were still shaking our heads saying "Were too young to be grandparents"!!!!!
"Life Goes On and On and On and On and On"....Peter Gabriel..how true it is...

And then there were 90...PAIRS of SHOES!!

These just arrived via UPS!!!!

They are from my Yogini and Indiophile Friend in Chicago....Linda!

She took it upon herself after reading my blog, to take up a donation at Prana Yoga where she teaches. She sent all of these shoes to me...

and she also sent me something that made me cry..it just touched my heart so deeply...

these are Linda's baby shoes...

she wanted to give them to an Indian baby as she has no children of her own...below is her note that she included in the envelope with the sweet shoes...

I am just so touched by this gesture on your part Linda....it moved me, and made me stop and realize just what a giving spirit you truly are. Not just for the shoes, but for all that you have done to help "Walking in Their Shoes" from the beginning. May you be blessed a thousand times over.

You are a Bodhisattva~~A Bodhisattva is motivated by pure compassion and love. And that is You, and I am proud and honored to call you my friend!

and here is a photo of all 90 shoes that we will be taking to India next year for the orphans of Mysore, India! Thank You SO very, Very much to all of those who gave shoes and money to buy shoes. I love you all and treasure you all and the Children will be SO very blessed because of you.

OM SHANTI!

Looking Down from Above...

This weekend was pure Bliss! It was my 46th Birthday~and that was spent with the ones I love most in this world....the most important thing to me is my family!
I had two Healing Sessions booked..and they were both very powerful and VERY successful for the two people that I worked with. I am so grateful to have found this new work..it works and it is so evident when both people "feel" it. Wow...I am amazed every time I experience this Reconnective Healing! I know I shouldn't be surprised when my clients/patients tell me what they felt and the experience...or what happens as a result of a session...but I will remain "Childlike" as Deepak Chopra tells us to do...and be in that state of "expectancy" and then listen to what happened from my client/patient,,,and try not to act TOO childlike...(jumping up and down, and wanting to scream out)!!! Its just too exciting, what can I say??!!
This weekend I have a Reconnection to do...that will consist of two hours in two days.
Did I say I am EXCITED about this??!!!!!

Blessings~~~~~

Pretty Birthday Toes!

I figured that I would treat myself..and my poor toes...who helped me run 9 miles this morning...to an extremely pampered paraffin wax pedicure this afternoon~
ooohhh..don't they look sexy?! I Love it!
Heres to pretty toes!

Hanuman...give me Endurance today!

I have an intense 9 miler awaiting me just outside my front door this morning...a bagel with Tofutti Creme Cheese should help me along with that....but a little bit of Hanuman couldn't hurt either!!!
Cheers!

"DiscoveRED"

Today I have just been so happy! Actually...I have been feeling that way a lot since I found this Reconnection thang! It's like my insides are just bubbling up with this immense JOY I can't even explain it fully....but I know it's a good thing. I have been wearing this chunk of Moldavite for about two weeks now...and my dreams at night are so Wild! Last night I had a dream that I was hanging out with Peter Gabriel...yeah, the singer...his voice was so soothing that I just sat there and listened to him talk to me. It was the most amazing dream, because he was telling me some really important stuff...but I can't seem to piece it all together. While he was talking to me..there was this knocking sound and I walked around a corner and saw a friend of mine, Janie, who lives in Marin. She is in her late 70's and on Sunday I am going to go to Marin and give her a healing. She was just diagnosed with Alzheimer's...and she wants me to give her a healing before she heads to UC Davis next week to see some specialists... She was in this huge window knocking on the glass trying to catch my attention...Her and I have this connection....amazing isn't it, how your dreams go sometimes.
The photo is of this little boy named Anthony...on my way home from Denver, on a flight, he was seated across the isle from me and he kept staring at me and smiling...I just had to get his picture! Besides that..he was sporting a pretty cool Product Red t-shirt...god knows how I have supported that cause!
Namaste~

19 AWESOME years together!!

September 17th was our 19th year wedding anniversary! We met by chance...21 years ago, and have been together ever since. We are Best Friends, and love spending time together...we laugh every single day about something....if not almost everything. If we argue...its over and done with at least an hour later...all is forgiven, no holding of any grudges...
We finish each others sentences...say or think the same thing at almost always the same moment...one year we got each other the same exact card for our anniversary and we didn't know it until we opened them! We have raised two sons, we have one granddaughter and a grandson on the way...we love to travel together and talk constantly during the day on the phone just to see each others day is going...I have never known a love like ours, nor will I ever know how I ever could have lived this thing called life without my Soul Mate...I Love you with all of my heart and always will..until the end of time...and beyond.
To Us! XXXOOO

Two Office Spaces!

Wow...isn't it just mind boggling how when things are supposed to happen..they just DO?

Today I was offered another beautiful, serene space to do my Healings in. It is about two blocks from my home...I can walk there! It is called Stillpoint Studios http://www.stillpointstudios.net/

if you click on "Massage" you can see the room in which I will be working. I will do Healings there on Saturdays and if needed weeknights are available as well~

Amazing Weekend in Encinitas!!

I had forgotten how much I missed the beaches of Southern California! What a beautiful weekend it was~ I had my Level lll at the Lemongrass Center on second street in Encinitas. The place is totally magical..especially the Yurt out back with the gardens complete with hummingbirds and butterflies EVERYWHERE!!! I passed my Level lll...and even gave the girl a healing of her prolapsed bladder...she believes....amazing work this is!

Got myself a pretty cool tattoo at 454 Tattoo with Dave...loved the place loved him! The tat is SO special..photos to come.

I am so excited and so happy and just so ready to begin my healing work. Going down this afternoon and looking at my space that I will work out of~with a rambling creek rushing down the front of the entrance..who could ask for more!

Two Glasses of Wine..or Chai!

My "Angel" from Germany ..(now Nashville) sent this to me this morning..and as I am leaving for the Airport in an hour for the weekend~I thought I would "Pay it forward" as it is SO wonderful and true!

Cheers!

TWO GLASSES OF WINE

When things in your life seem almost too much to handle, when 24 hours in a day are not enough, remember the mayonnaise jar and the 2 glasses of wine... A professor stood before his philosophy class and had some items in front of him. When the class began, wordlessly, he picked up a very large and empty mayonnaise jar and proceeded to fill it with golf balls. He then asked the students if the jar was full. They agreed that it was. The professor then picked up a box of pebbles and poured them into the jar. He shook the jar lightly. The pebbles rolled into the open areas between the golf balls. He then asked the students again if the jar was full. They agreed it was. The professor next picked up a box of sand and poured it into the jar. Of course, the sand filled up everything else He asked once more if the jar was full. The students responded with a unanimous "yes." The professor then produced two glasses of wine from under the table and poured the entire contents into the jar, effectively filling the empty space between the sand. The students laughed. "Now," said the professor, as the laughter subsided, "I want you to recognize that this jar represents your life. The golf balls are the important things; your family, your children, your health, your friends, and your favorite passions; things that if everything else was lost and only they remained, your life would still be full." The pebbles are the other things that matter like your job, your house, and your car. The sand is everything else; the small stuff. "If you put the sand into the jar first," he continued, "there is no room for the pebbles or the golf balls. The same goes for life. If you spend all your time and energy on the small stuff, you will never have room for the things that are important to you." "Pay attention to the things that are critical to your happiness. Play with your children. Take time to get medical checkups. Take your partner out to dinner. Play another 18. Do one more run down the ski slope. There will always be time to clean the house and fix the disposal. Take care of the golf balls first; the things that really matter. Set your priorities. The rest is just sand." One of the students raised her hand and inquired what the wine represented. The professor smiled. "I'm glad you asked. It just goes to show you that no matter how full your life may seem, there's always room for a couple of glasses of wine with a friend."

The Road to here....

I am leaving Friday for my Level lll seminar in Encinitas! Really looking forward to it...as I have heard a lot about the teacher...Adam. He is supposed to be an excellent instructor. I have no doubts about the weekend...I know I will pass.
I am really super stoked about meeting up with Shanyn, my husbands, cousins, daughter who lives in Oceanside..she is coming to meet me at my hotel on Friday night and wants to go with me to get "inked"! Isn't that going to be cool!! Maybe we can grab some dinner and a drink afterwards...
I just met her on Sunday at the wedding, and we totally connected..her sister too. I always seem to get along so well with the "younger ones"...younger...did I ever think I would say that??
Here I am almost 46 and most all of my friends are in their late 20's or early thirties... I think young, and dress young...so, hmmmm..that makes me "Younger"!!
Ageless..that's what my friends call me. Its a nice compliment, but I have no problem getting older really. In fact I embrace it. It seems the older I get, the more wisdom I gain...the less things seem to bother me (most of the time) and If I were asked if I would ever want to go back and re- live my life..the answer without a doubt would be NO WAY JOSE! I love where I am at almost 46 and love who I have become. Comfortable...yes..comfortable. The road getting here was worth every step and I am just exactly where I am supposed to be at this point in my life. I am Happy!
OM SHANTI!

Peace

Today has a lot of meaning to many people in many different ways...
to some it is their Birthday, an Anniversary, a day when they leave town on an exciting trip that they have had planned...or someone coming into town that they have not seen in years.
But for all of us it is 9/11 and that is a day we will never erase from our memories. To all of those who lost their loved ones..I send you a Prayer of Peace...Peace on Earth for us all..one day, that is my hope and my Prayer.
OM Shanti~

My Horoscope today...and how true it is....

A frantic pace
Valid during several months: During this time, you will have many group discussions and conversations with others; you will meet new people, possibly travel quite a bit and certainly have more contact with relatives and immediate neighbors. You feel that you have to communicate with as many people as possible. This is a very good time for all kinds of intellectual activities. It is not a good time to try to settle down and relax. The tempo of events in your environment is likely to be too fast, and it will be difficult to avoid getting caught up in it. Nevertheless you should try sometimes to disconnect yourself from this frantic pace, because it may get to the point that you are continually distracted and unable to think properly. For this reason it is not the best time to try to reach a conclusion on some matter.

A couple of Wonderful Things Today! MORE SHOES!!!!!

I have been gone ALL day long...Just got home literally...but I have JOES Shoes here!!! Five great pairs of shoes to add to my total!! Thank You again Joe..so very, very much!!
Now..another bit of wonderful news!!!
I had a BIG envelope in my mailbox.....it was from my friends mom..Traceys mom Lil!
Inside was a note....
Dear Tracy and Family,
I would like to express how wonderful the "Walking in Their Shoes" project is, that you and your family have decided to do. I was going to send some shoes, but decided the cost of the postage could possibly buy another pair with just sending you some extra funds.
I am also sending you back the picture you sent to my husband, since I have scanned it into our computer and thought you could maybe forward it to another benefactor.
It is just such a heartfelt image. Lots of luck with this venture. We wish you a safe fulfilling trip to India....
Fondly,
Lil Forgue
(Tracey's Mom)
Inside of the envelope was a check for 50.00.
and of course I am teary again..because my heart is so touched by this generous gift from yet another Perfect Stranger....as I have never met Tracey nor her Mother or Father..all who have given me shoes for our charity...how life sometimes just so totally catches you off guard and the things that can happen to you when you least expect it...it has been a beautiful journey so far with "Walking in Their Shoes" and the best is yet to come! Thank You so much for your support..it means the world to us all~

LoLa and her healing session...

Last night my friend...
well, I sometimes think of her as my "Angel from Germany" called me with some really exciting news about her Healing Practice!! I met her while I was in Nashville...actually she is the very first person I met while I was in Nashville..and she took me under her wing...and took the best care of me while I was away from home!
Well..she told me many wonderful things, but she asked me if I had given any of my dogs a healing yet....
I told her "no, not yet..they seem healthy and happy and I don't want to ruin a good thing"
that's when she set me straight in her wonderful, up front, tell it like it is way..one thing I just love about her! She said that they don't need to be sick or hurt..they can benefit on another level. I knew she was right and told her I would do it!

So before I went to bed last night, Lola, my most energetic dog..for lack of a better word...was lying at the foot of the bed sprawled out with her eyes wide open..watching Mom! (me)

I got my hands in position..felt for the energy..and began...Lola at first watched me, but laid still...then she slowly closed her big brown eyes and moments after that she registered! Her eyes first, then her little black nose twitched, she was swallowing a lot.. then a leg bounced up and back down...and then as I continued I did what my friend D said...I asked for a sign that she was receiving a healing and I swear to you it was right after I asked..her chest heaved up and down in a BIG way! It almost scared me..but I knew it was the Universe answering my request..and it was AWESOME!!!

So..this post is for you D! You are an inspiration to me, and I am so grateful that I met you!

Blessings~

We Have ALL the Shoes we Need Now!! More Than Enough~

Thanks to Linda and Prana Yoga in Illinois..it looks like I am going to stop accepting shoes at this point!!! She is sending me about 50 Pairs of Shoes for the Children of Mysore, India!
Linda and I have never met...she read my Blog and took it upon herself to take up a collection at her Yoga Studio in Illinois where she teaches. She put a BIG BOX out at the Studio...and people started donating shoes for my charity.."Walking in Their Shoes" and today she informed me that there are at least 50 pairs of shoes in the box and she is preparing it to send to me..and I will send it on to Mysore, India along with the 32 pairs I have from other donations! In the beginning, I only needed 25 pairs..now we have at least 82 pairs PLUS! The Power of the Internet and the Compassion of those who give from their hearts....what an unbelievable combination it was for us! I NEVER imagined my charity would grow to this extent and I am deeply humbled.
I want to say, that everyone who gave to my charity...were strangers..I did not know anyone of the people who gave shoes. Meaning..I had never met anyone in person..One person, Colette, from Canada, I have known for 6 years..but we have never met in person~we met online and our friendship grew that way.
I want to say once more...that The Kindness of Strangers has made me a better person having experienced it first hand....Maybe one day I will write a book and that will be my title.
I love you all and Thank You from the very bottom of my heart~
Photos to come....stay tuned!

The Big Lavender Felted Bag....

Yesterday after i got my haircut...I stumbled upon the most wonderful Yarn/Knitting shop..called "Meadow Farm Yarn Studio" they had the most delicious yarns of every imaginable color and texture...and they had some really wonderful bags that were in a huge basket. I fell in love with a felted bag, it was in my favorite color..Lavender..and it was big and wonderful! I wanted to buy it..so I went up to the girl at the register and asked her how much the beautiful felted bag was.."Its not for sale..its a sample..but we can teach you how to make one of your own"....not the answer I wanted to hear...
So I asked her for a class brochure...and with my head hung low..wandered out to the sidewalk.
When I got home I thought..You know, I bet I can find one on my most favorite web-site filled with the worlds most talented artists and crafters. www.etsy.com ..and I did find some...but not one like the Big Lavender bag at the Yarn shop. But...I did find the one above, and thought it was adorable and sweet and I loved the color..so I bought it..only 25.00! Can you believe that?!?
But...my mind keeps wandering back to that Big Lavender bag..and the classes are SO reasonable...10.00 for a two hour class! I think I may have to learn how to knit soon!

The Keys of Enoch

I must say that when I first received this book...I wasn't quite sure what to make of it...
that may well indeed be a huge understatement in fact. Truth be told...I thought to myself, and I spent 60.00 on THIS?!
But as I read it each day, funny enough it is starting to make more and more sense to me. In fact things that are written in this book..have actually been presented to me before in my dreams. It is a bit scary to be honest...but in a "good scary" sort of way..if that means anything.
It is interesting, thought provoking, mind bending and eye opening and beautiful~

The Book of Knowledge: The Keys of Enoch® is a spiritual scientific textbook that in poetic science states the issues of the future. The Keys examines the puzzles of life and gives a spiritual explanation as to why we exist in this reality. It should be pointed out that this text was not "channeled" but given directly to the author in direct face-to-face experience with two beings of Higher Superluminal Intelligence. Now, more than two decades after its publication, people are continuing to learn new things from The Keys of Enoch ® which in essence provides both the scenario of an ongoing past/present/future cosmology and a blueprint for a new direction in humankind's evolution into a higher state of consciousness. The Keys of Enoch® teaches us that a greater unity can and must occur between the scientific and spiritual pathways in order for the problems of Earth to be solved. Its ultimate purpose is the advancement of humanity, with the goal of changing our orientation so that we are prepared for a higher spiritual attunement and a quantum leap that will move humanity and the earth forward into the next step in our evolution. In this process an ultimate interaction is foretold, as we discover "greater families of intelligence in the universe who share the same Higher Evolution and the same Divine Source."

Coincidence or Planned Out...

I used to believe in "coincidences" now I just KNOW that things happen for a reason and there is no such thing as "Luck" or "Coincidence"...sorry to all of those who still believe in those two things.
It's just that I have experienced far too much in my life and especially lately..that just lead me to believe in the fact of the matter that things just are the way they are because it has already been "Pre -Planned" out for us ahead of time...and we are led to be where we are at this point in time because it is exactly where we are SUPPOSED to be at this point in time! And that our lesson in Life..is how we live out what happens to us when it happens...now, I don't know about you, but I have been tested so much in my life and I have been given so many choices...it is how I acted on those choices and if I decided one way or the other that made the impact in my life.
I have heard voices...well, I heard a voice once..and I did what it told me to do...and if I had not done what it told me to do that very moment...I would not be here writing this right now..Let me put it this way...If you Listen very closely to what you are being told weather it be "intuitively" or "out loud" it could be a "Make or Break" decision in your life and have a HUGE impact on your future. So, with that being said, Listen and be Still and if you do...your life could change for the better right before your very eyes~
OM Shanti

More on "The Kindness of Strangers"...

This morning I awoke to this wonderful email below..

Hi, my name is Joe Mally from Cleveland, Ohio. I found your blog by accident and read about your campaign to collect shoes. I'd love to help and just wondered if you would accept money instead of the physical shoes. Let me know. Also, let me know where to mail it to. Do you have a paypal account? Thank you for putting this together.Peace and Light, Joe.

I continue to be amazed and just so completely touched by the compassion and gratitude that has come forth from Perfect Strangers during my campaign to collect shoes for our charity "Walking in Their Shoes". I could never in my wildest dreams have imagined that we would be so blessed with all of the donations of shoes and the money that I have received to buy shoes with from people that I have not ever met nor spoken to. Joe is another perfect example of the generosity and compassion that lives inside each and every one of us...and those who choose to bring it into the open and follow it through...
What a Gift to be able to have experienced this in my life..and what a gift for the Children of Mysore, India that people do actually care about them even though we are a million miles away...
and so Joe sent me 50.00 through Paypal this afternoon and I will buy 50.00 worth of shoes for the children in Joes name~

Hi Tracy, I sent the money through paypal. Isn't the Internet amazing? It just astounds me how we are able to meet different people who are doing great things. It all started by reading a local yoga blog that took me to another blog where I read about your shoe campaign and then it took me to your blog. Again, I thank you for allowing me to be a part of your efforts. Namaste , Joe.

Amazing and completely Beautiful..
Thank You Joe~
Namaste My Friend!
